PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sia Cook to the 20/20 Club! Sia tells us, "I'm from the United Kingdom, and live in the beautiful Cotswolds. I'm wife to Joe and Mumma to my two beautiful children, Sofia and Jacob, whom I had 18 months apart at the end of 2020 and 2022. I work full-time in the house building industry as a Land Surveyor, but I have always had a huge passion for travel and decided to join InteleTravel and become a PlanNet Marketing rep at the beginning of 2023 when I was on maternity leave.
"I have successfully grown my business over the last 15 months and achieved 20/20 Club and One-Star Director by being so incredibly dedicated to my business and staying focused on WHY I am doing it! I took responsibilities early on, working on my business consistently most evenings and during the weekends, joining all calls available to me and giving 1:1 support. I attended four UK PlanNet events in 2023 and I also attended convention in Orlando last August as a Gold Builder. I was so committed to progressing my business and learning from the best, that I left my 12-month-old baby at home with my mum! Another shock to a lot of people!
"After every event I attended, I set myself a target to hit a new rank in my business and this is exactly what I did and have achieved. Two months after I attended convention, I became a Director in Training. My tip would be to attend these events and learn from the top leaders in this industry, as they are so inspiring and motivating.
"Another tip is to attend the events with your team and work closely with them. An important lesson I learnt at the Orlando convention was that duplication is KEY if you want to progress your business. I realised this business wasn't about me, it was about helping and supporting others to grow! Together with my team, we have created an incredible community of women who I work closely with daily, all supporting each other to see each other win! I hope these tips help you achieve the success you desire!
Fun facts about me:
"Travel has always been an integral part of my life, and I have been very fortunate to have travelled the world with my parents as they were also in the travel industry. Some of the most cherished moments spent with my parents and siblings has got to be on the beautiful island of Mauritius, the Maldives and the Caribbean. My wonderful Grandmother was from the Greek island of Chios, so I also spent many summers immersing myself in the unique Greek island life.
"Decades later, thanks to this incredible business, I continue to explore many corners of the world with my mini jetsetters in tow, creating unforgettable memories. Some people called me crazy when I took my 22-month-old and a 16-week-old on a 12 hour flight to Mauritius, but for me it was so special to take my babies back to the island that meant so much to me.
"I absolutely love sharing this business with other families to enable them to also experience different cultures and create the lifestyle they desire."
