PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tambralynn Peasha to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, "My name is Tambralynn, but everyone calls me Tammy. I have been a registered nurse the majority of my life – since I was 19 years old. After I obtained my basic experience as a nurse, I decided I was going to accept a travel nurse assignment, and I haven’t looked back. I have more than 30 years as a 'traveler.' I currently reside in the town I grew up in – Sterling, MA. I moved back 20 years after I left to go to college. It is now my 'home base' so I always have a place to call home after I have finished traveling for the moment.
"My biggest joy is when spring comes to New England so I can plant my garden! I grow and preserve all my vegetables, so I rarely have to buy them from a store, and only in the dead of winter. Having been raised on a farm, I learned the need for, and the art of canning. I like to can and exhibit my canning in our local fair, where I like to brag that I have received the champion ribbon on many occasions.
"As I stated earlier, I was a travel nurse for many years. I have been to all of the states in the US, except Alaska – which I will definitely get to, because I can’t leave a task undone!! I love to travel solo and have enjoyed visiting the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, Eastern Europe, Western Europe and the Middle East.
"My success with PlanNet Marketing comes from my ability to be flexible and pivot when what I am currently doing to market my business isn’t working as I want it to. No stone is left unturned as I utilize social media, yard signs, call to action postcards, flyers in laundromats and churches, clothing that advertises my business, and even paid ads as needed. I am committed to my success and remain consistent – even when things aren’t moving as quickly as I had hoped. I have also learned the value of supporting my team. Signing people up is 50% of the win – maintaining those team members is the other 50%. People are successful when they FEEL successful and a good mentor and cheering squad is very helpful!
"A fun fact about me is that I like even numbers and multiples of five, so if I sign someone up and it gives me an odd number on my team – I push hard to get back to an even number – and even harder to get to a multiple of 5!"
