"Growing up, I didn’t travel much. But as soon as I got a taste for it in adulthood, I knew I wanted something different for my children. I wanted them to experience the world, to see other cultures, understand different ways of life, and appreciate how big and beautiful the world really is. They’ve already ticked off some incredible destinations, and their list is ever-growing.
"One of our favourite trips was to Australia. We travelled via Hong Kong to take in the vibrant culture, then flew to Cairns where we hired a motorhome and road-tripped the east coast down to Sydney. It was filled with unforgettable stops along the way, a trip I highly recommend!
"I originally joined the travel business because of my passion for travel and planning holidays. I then became a rep because I knew I needed to help more people be part of this. I absolutely love mentoring my team, seeing them grow, succeed, and build their own businesses fills me so much joy.
"My success as a rep has honestly come from two things: my passion for helping others and my belief in this opportunity. I genuinely feel like people on the outside looking in are crazy not to be part of it, and I’m not afraid to say that! When something lights you up, it shows. And people are drawn to that energy.
"Fun fact: I’m always up for a challenge, I’ve run two marathons and even stepped into the boxing ring (twice!) for charity. Before this business, I spent 20 years building a career in education. I recently gave that up to pursue my travel business full-time, because this business doesn’t just pay the bills, it truly fills my soul."
