PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Ella Russell to the 20/20 Club! Ella is based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, England. She tells us, "By day, I work in corporate sales for a global company, and alongside that I’ve been building my business with PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel. I originally started the business simply to create an additional income stream and earn commission from travel bookings, but very quickly I saw the bigger opportunity in the marketing business and the ability to build something scalable around my full-time career and family life.
"I’m an independent mum of two boys, so creating multiple income streams and long-term financial security for my family has always been a huge motivator for me. What I love most about this business is that it allows ordinary people to start building something of their own without the traditional barriers of starting a business.
"Outside of work, I love travelling, spending time with my boys and connecting with ambitious people who want more options in life. Travel has always been important to me because it creates experiences and memories that last forever, and being part of an industry built around that is incredibly rewarding.
"One of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to achieve success quickly with PlanNet Marketing is treating it like a real business from day one. I focused on consistency, having genuine conversations with people, and building a strong community around the opportunity. I also leaned heavily on the support, training, and leadership within the company, which makes a huge difference when you’re getting started.
"My biggest tip for anyone starting out is simple: Stay consistent, stay coachable, and focus on helping other people succeed as well. When you build a team culture based on support and duplication, growth happens much faster.
"A fun fact about me is that I’m someone who has always had a strong entrepreneurial drive, even while working in corporate. This business has allowed me to channel that ambition into building something of my own, and I’m incredibly excited about what the future holds."
