The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: WillieMae Elery

1. Personal:  Where were you born and raised; current city, family, hobbies, past business highlights?
I was born and raised in Sumter, SC, and am currently living in O'Fallon, IL with my husband, Clifton Elery. We have two adult daughters, two sons-in-law, one bonus son and one bonus daughter. Hobbies: I love karaoke and dancing. The business that I was doing before PlanNet Marketing was a coffee and health & wellness products company.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I believe that I'm a better listener and I definitely have better control of my emotions.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Making money drives me and motivates me because I love helping people, and it takes money to do that.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
A.  Mr. and Mrs. Bradley for obeying the voice of God and starting this Awesome Business Opportunity so that ordinary people can make as much money as they are willing to work to make it happen for them.

B.  Mrs. JP Watkins-Mukes for pouring into me to help me grow my business.

C.  Mrs. Judy Harris-Van Dyke, my Awesome Accountability Partner. She keeps me grounded; we pray for each other and keep each other encouraged.

5. The three words that describe me best:  
Loyal, Determined, and Fun.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Never give up on your dreams! I just had my 77th birthday on October 10th and I've been involved in many network marketing companies, and I refused to give up until I found the perfect fit for me. PlanNet Marketing is the perfect one for me and it could be the perfect one for you if you give it a try.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now (I'm counting from 2023 because we're approaching the end of 2022) I will be 82 years young. I pray that I will have a sound mind and if not a Six-Star Director, I really plan to be a Five-Star Director.
