1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN but spent my young adult life in Southern California. I currently reside in Memphis, TN. I'm single with no kids but I moved back home to raise my sister's two kids. I love swimming, pilates and light workouts. I started my career in sales when I was 16 years old. I've sold men's clothing, cars, real estate, Business to Business ADT Alarms, insurance, and now I strive to perfect my sales abilities in this wonderful business with PlanNet Marketing. I've achieved numerous awards for my sales accomplishments throughout the years and I look forward to achieving many awards and accomplishments here.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown mentally and emotionally through personal development through various training and daily IMV Zooms since partnering with PlanNet Marketing. I'm more focused and I practice focusing on my business daily. I have collected all of the recommended books to fill my personal library with the material I need to increase my knowledge but I must admit my flaws, I do not get a chance to complete all of them but definitely going back to read as time permits outside of working my full-time job.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I'm driven daily from my "High of Life." I strive daily to be a great mentor to my team. They are watching me and what I do. My prayer is that they will become a reflection of me. Therefore, I do my best to become a great role model.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My grandma, Glennie Houston, is my role model. She was a Proverbs 31 lady, a virtuous woman. She was passionate about people's well being; she was humble and respected by all. She was a giver, she was faithful, strong willed, and she inspired many. She was professional with great integrity and I never knew, until after her transition, that she was a saleswoman just as myself. My grandmother was a Mighty Woman.

Ambitious, Determined and Self-Motivated
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to do. ALWAYS have a Plan "B" and make time to work it along with your Plan "A."
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I'll be happily married to my best friend (whoever he is), traveling the world as one of the Millionaires that Mr. Bradley is producing, and a Six-Star Director or greater here at PlanNet Marketing. I will be coaching, training and mentoring others as I help them build their faith in believing that they can do the same.
