The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Tonya Green

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born at Camp Le June Marine Corps Base – my dad was military. I was raised in Queens, New York and am now residing in Raleigh, NC. I have two siblings; I’m in the middle. I’m the mom of an amazing daughter who is a college senior. I love to cook, shop, attend concerts and share PlanNet Marketing. By day, I’m a Leader in the HR - Talent Acquisition space. 

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet Marketing, I have developed an intense passion and drive that my job has not afforded me.

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
What drives me is the ability to share this opportunity with someone and seeing it change their life. Creating the life I deserve motivates me. Having a Plan B in this current economic climate motivates me. 

4. Who would you consider​ a​ role model and why?
My parents are my role models. They never allowed obstacles or setbacks to be their final destination. My parents believed and instilled in my siblings and I that with God, all things are possible; just have Faith and a posture of expectation. 

5. The three words that describe me​ best​ are​:  
Driven, enterprising and forthright.

6​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be? 
The advice that I would like to give is no matter what life throws at you, you can bounce back and reinvent yourself from anything.

7. What does your life look like five years from now? 
My life looks like donating my job back to the economy and immersing myself within PlanNet Marketing full-time, having business partners globally and changing lives one family at a time.
