The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Teirsa Knight

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I am an auntie of two and a dog mom of one! My favorite pastime is planning trips for myself and my family. Before I became a travel agent, I would only search trips – now I can plan and take them!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My confidence has grown so much since becoming a Director in PlanNet. 

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I refuse to go back to my 9-5, I enjoy my time freedom!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Lavonda Thornton-Bush, Kyra Harris and Brandon Grace! Each of them possess such amazing qualities. When I think of where I want to be and what type of leader I would like to be, I think of them.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Ambitious, hard-working, and a team player.

6.  If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Stay consistent and do what works! Seriously! And if you don't know what works – find it and execute!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Well traveled, six-figure business owner and able to bless others.
