I was born and raised in Rochester, NY, where I currently reside. I have two adorable sons, Julius and Jahan, ages 14 and 9, respectively and a two-month-old daughter, Saige. My children really motivate me. Knowing that they are looking up to me and knowing that I need to instill in them certain values and work ethics is important to me. Knowing that my dedication and perseverance is what is going to make me more successful also drives me.

My mother is my role model. Whenever I look at my mother, I see an ordinary person but when I think about what she does and how she does it, she becomes divine and the reason for my smile! 6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
If I could provide sound advice to anyone it would be to see adversity as an opportunity. Every loss leads to an opportunity, and every adversity leads to new possibilities. Also, when you are tired, learn to rest and not to quit!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Over the course of the next five years, I will attain new heights in the organization. I will become a better leader and coach. I will yield gold builders and ultimately Directors. The five years that lie ahead will be marked with milestones of progress.
