The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Tanya Warmington

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in St. Catherine, Jamaica. I currently live in Kingston, Jamaica with my husband and sons. I am a Realtor and Restorative Justice Consultant by profession.

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I was an introverted individual. Since joining PlanNet Marketing 4 years ago, my interpersonal skills have significantly grown. 

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
To live a life of purpose is my biggest drive. My motivation comes from aspiring to have a better life for myself and family. In addition to this, my Team of Champions are highly motivated individuals who want to win for their families. Their WHY is now my responsibility and it propels me to show up and help them achieve their goals.  

4. Who would you consider​ a​ role model and why?
My role model is Jesus Christ. He is always compassionate and loves before He judges. He always has my back and sets the right example for me to follow.

5. The three words that describe me​ best​ are​:  
Authentic, Passionate, and Selfless.

6​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be?
My advice to that one person who truly wants to win is to trust the process. No one else can live your life BUT you. If you TRULY want to make a difference, NEVER compare yourself with others. You can’t compare your chapter one with someone’s chapter fourteen!

7. What does your life look like five years from now? 
By the power of Almighty God, five years from now I will be KNOWN as The LIBERATOR. I will be liberating people from their limited beliefs to a GROWTH MINDSET.
