1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Northern Ireland and spent several years living in France, I am now based in the NW of England near Manchester but Ireland will always be my home! Alongside this business, I work full-time in a demanding financial services role and although it rewards me well, it does not excite me! I have a passion for travel that started at a young age, so when this business presented itself, it was an ideal opportunity to mix work and pleasure to forge a new career doing something I enjoyed. I love nothing more than spending time with my family and enjoying the finer things in life and thanks to PlanNet Marketing, I have been able to treat my family and friends and give more to those around me for which I am grateful.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My journey to Two-Star Directorship with PlanNet Marketing has certainly encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone! I am still growing and I consider myself a 'work in progress.' I am always learning and developing to become better personally and professionally. Through this opportunity, I am certainly more goal-focused and determined in all aspects of my life to achieve more. I have learnt new skills and strategies that I didn't know I needed. This business has become more than just a 'side hustle'; it has evolved over the past 2.5 years through my journey to Directorship and it has now become a huge part of life that is bigger than me.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The number one factor that motivates me is seeing my team win and celebrating their success! I have now helped over 300 people benefit from this incredible business through sheer grit and determination. I am my own competition; I don't compete with anyone else or get caught up in other people's journeys. I try to stay in my own lane and focus on my own team's success and goals. I am driven to help as many people as possible benefit from this opportunity and I am only just getting started!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I definitely look up to our Four-Star Director, Lyndsey Gynane – she inspires me with her commitment to the team, her work ethic and passion for the business. She is a true leader and has been an incredible mentor and supporter. It's true what they say in staying close to the fire and to duplicate and leverage those who are where you want to be!
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Consistent, Relentless and Obsessed! i.e., everything you should be within this business if you want success!
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Keep going as you don't know what's around the corner!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I am a Five-Star Director with PlanNet Marketing and well on my way to time and financial freedom, travelling the world, mortgage-free and living the life of my dreams. :-)
