The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Sarah Molnar

My name is Sarah Molnar, and I was born and raised in New Jersey. I currently live in Las Vegas with my husband Ryan, father Dennis, son Tommy and cat Bandit. We spend our time together playing games, traveling, and taking in everything Las Vegas has to offer for activities! Previously, I held many different management positions in everything from accounting to retail to sales. I became an entrepreneur in 2018 by starting a business in Las Vegas that catered to clients for things like laundry, pet care, errands, house cleaning and more!

My life changed drastically on 11/11/2020, when 11 days after marrying my husband, I fell down the stairs of our new home we had just built that summer and broke my leg in 3 places. I was sent to bed for 6 months unable to walk as I healed. I needed to learn how to transition my skills and make money online quickly. I was a solo entrepreneur who had no backup plan of what to do if I couldn’t physically work anymore!

I joined PlanNet on 09/01/2021 after searching for the right fit for me. It was perfect because it gave me the flexibility to work from home and not have to physically leave the house to go interact with clients. I could do everything from my office on my own schedule. Joining PlanNet was the best option for me because it allowed me to use all the skills I had from previous endeavors while no longer selling products or services I didn’t like! I have been able to help hundreds of other people gain flexibility in their lives!

This business has allowed me to grow to become a better leader and guide others. My true passion is coaching others and watching them have their ‘light bulb’ moment! I am motivated to show others that they don’t have to wait for a car accident, falling down the stairs or other traumatic injury to set themselves up for a better life.

My mother was my role model. She passed away when I was 23 due to cancer. I watched her work hard as a Director of Nursing for years and she showed me what it is to be a strong female leader and role model. It also showed me how short life was and how to take advantage of every opportunity you get!

The three words that describe me best are mentor, supportive and tenacious. I think everyone needs to look at their day-to-day life and determine if they are happy with it. If not, change it! We are meant to do more than just work and pay bills. Use this business to change your life and take back your time.

The freedom this opportunity will give me within the next 5 years is immeasurable. I cannot wait to travel with my hubby full time, while we see the world and spend our time helping others to do the same!
