The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Sandra Reynolds

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I am a native New Yorker, currently residing in Atlanta, GA. I am a retired Office Manager who became an entrepreneur. My husband and I raised three adult children. While in corporate America, I was able to advance from office clerk to Office Manager, which afforded me my first overseas business trip to Turino, Italy. I joined PlanNet and Inteletravel in 2016 and advanced to One-Star Director. I have traveled to numerous states and countries and have made many lifelong friends. My hobbies are bowling, shopping and enjoying my life since retirement.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have learned not to micromanage my business partners and have realized that everyone cannot advance at the same pace.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I now have a second stream of income, and I am able to leave a legacy for my family. It brings much happiness to me seeing the joy that PlanNet Marketing is bringing to others.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Without question, it is Mr. Donald Bradley, and secondly, my son, Derek Reynolds, who has shown much encouragement and support.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Reliable, Honest and a Motivator.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never let disappointment discourage you, but instead allow it to challenge you.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Seeing that my efforts have produced business partners who have ranked up to One-Star Directors and beyond, and showing my family and friends how they, too, can enjoy their lives. ‌
