1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in North London, UK and still currently live there with my two children, Moresha (20) and Mokaih (11). I love motorbikes, adventure travel and sampling good food. I also have a passion for helping others and uplifting people. I have achieved Golder Builder/Plus, 20/20 Club and also One-Star Directorship with PlanNet and working very hard with my team right now to hit the next star.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown a lot since I joined the business in 2016. When I first got started, I was terrified of even hosting a presentation and didn't really understand the network marketing industry and how powerful it was. I've since gained enough knowledge and continue to learn about this industry, our comp plan and our product. That gave me the initial posture and ongoing growing confidence to now be able to not only host a presentation but present the business effectively to large groups on and offline. I am now in a place where I can provide my team with all the support necessary to make their individual businesses a success.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My biggest drive and motivation are most definitely my children. They have both witnessed the struggle, especially my daughter. They have personally seen the transition from bus driver to full-time entrepreneur and were on that journey with me and have welcomed the change. My daughter joined the business recently in addition to the music career she is successfully pursuing and it drives me to do my best and see her grow into an enhanced version of me. My son has also expressed his interest in the business which again drives me more to know I'm inspiring the next generation to have the right mindset from early years. Also, the sacrifices of others in my team motivates me a lot too.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I don't have any specific role model; however, I do like to surround myself with and learn from people who have walked the path I am working on, and have a proven track record of success.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
The three words that describe me best are Happy, Supportive, and Relentless.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Your current situation is not your destination. Keep planning ahead and gaining more knowledge, and just don't stop. With this vehicle, you can have anything you're prepared to work for.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I will be living in a house, not a flat. I aim to be a Four-Star Director within the next five years with enough credibility to be training, inspiring and motivating other PlanNet Reps on stage at convention.
