The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Natasha Doran

1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights. 
I am 42, born in Liverpool, UK and married to Ray. We have been together 20 years and have two boys, Zak (17) and Sebastian (11). I worked in hospitality for 16 years until this year; I now do NWM full-time and am obsessed with this business and what it's doing for normal people.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
In 7 months since joining, I have consistently worked on myself and grown so much as a person. I am now resilient and have learned so much about myself and my true worth. 

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I have had a really nice life for many years but now see an even more amazing life ahead with this business. My drive and motivation is my boys.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mum is my role model; she is the most hardworking, selfless person that I know. She puts everything and everyone before herself; she is so strong and always makes me feel good.
Also my husband is the strongest person ever after battling cancer and three years of chemotherapy. He amazes me everyday.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Hardworking, positive and ambitious.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Everyday is a new Opportunity to change your life!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Watching Zak graduate, Sebastian begin his next chapter, and having a holiday home abroad. I will be Four-Star Director.
