Congratulations to Kate Nally-McCormack for Achieving the 40/40 Club!

1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights?
Born in the North West of England, but since meeting my husband I now live in beautiful Gloucestershire with our 3 children who are 15,12 & 7. Prior to starting my network marketing business, I ran my own successful catering business, but it wasn’t giving me the income I desired for our family or the time freedom. It was rare to have any quality family time together. After only 4 months of being part of PlanNet, I made the scary decision to sell my business but it was the best thing I did and enabled me to fully focus on building my business within PlanNet. As a family we do love to travel, but this has taken a backseat for the past nearly 2 years as we were completing a home renovation but I hope to change that in 2025!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My confidence has grown massively since I started and continues to grow each day. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone so many times and surprised myself! I’m naturally very much an introvert and still struggle and have to face the fear! I do want to push myself further in 2025 and step into my leadership role even more so because I genuinely love to help people and see them reach success too.
3. What drives you what motivates you?
My family drives me, I want more for them than what I had growing up and they are behind me all the way. They are fully aware of what I am doing and why, and they understand when I’m not available at times. We celebrate my milestones together and they encourage me to reach my next! I’m also driven by my own entrepreneurial personality. I am naturally very determined and can be quite hard on myself at times, which I’m now grateful for!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is Caroline Hamilton. I’ve watched her journey pretty much from the start and her work ethic is on another level. From the very start, I asked Caroline exactly what she did to achieve the success she's had and then I put my head down and followed her lead.
5. The three words that describe me best are
Ambitous, Determined, and Authentic.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Never give up. Block out your own negative thoughts and from any people around you. Never take your focus off your goals and remember your WHY. If it's possible for others to achieve success, it's absolutely possible for you too. Work on your business every day without fail even when you’re not feeling like it and plug into everything you can, every call, every training, every IMV.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will have retired my husband and secured an amazing future for our children and future generation. We will have a 2nd family home abroad and travel multiple times a year and I will still be building my network marketing business as we do!
