1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights?
Katharine – I was born and raised in London, UK to a British mother and Spanish father who immigrated to the UK. This defined an awful lot of my upbringing and living in an international household probably ignited my wanderlust. I have always classed myself as a global citizen; I love my work and my family. I am passionate about creating and growing founders and showing them that anyone can own and thrive with their own business if they put in the work.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Despite having a background in sales – earning a whole new skillset in network marketing has really opened my eyes to new ways of working and what is possible. I had to switch on to social media pretty fast too 😊
3. What drives you:
Abundance for me and for everyone – creating a marketplace where we can all win is the ultimate driver.
What motivates you?
My family – showing them through hard work anything is possible – there is no limit others than those we put on ourselves.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Dad to come in as an immigrant and succeed in a country and industry that was not the norm - he shattered ceilings.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Driven, human, and global.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Stop worrying about what anyone else thinks – they do not pay your bills. Live your life and nail it.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Living in abundance – family, travelling, working. Probably laughing a lot too.
