1. Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights....
I was born and raised in the Deep South, Mobile, Alabama. I currently reside in the county of Theodore, outside of the Mobile city limits. I am married; we have three daughters and many extended family members. Our youngest daughter and her husband are currently serving in the US Army. My middle daughter is a special education major. My oldest is an office manager. If I am not working my full-time job, you will catch me pouring into the lives of others, most likely somewhere tropical or on the water. What I thought was going to be a small hobby has quickly given me a new purpose in life.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have quickly learned that if you want to grow, you must surround yourself with like-minded people. This does not just mean physically, this also means your virtual circle – what you're reading or listening to will impact your growth!
3. What drives you; What motivates you?
Seeing other people soar motivates me and drives me to be a better leader.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is my mother. Growing up, I watched her work multiple jobs to make ends meet for me and my two sisters. She did whatever it took and made countless sacrifices to ensure we were cared for. Her unwavering determination and work ethic left a lasting impression on me. She taught me the value of hard work and perseverance, always striving for what she wanted without expecting a handout. Her example continues to inspire me every day.

Loyal, driven, and ambitious.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
You are in charge of your destination.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I envision myself as a well-rounded professional in the marketing industry. I will be an important part of the PlanNet organization while contributing to our company's success.
