Congratulations to Carrie Ritchie for Achieving the 60/60 Club!

1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Cambridge, raised in Suffolk. I've been married for 14 years and have 2 children, an 8-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. I try to keep fit with swimming, kick boxing fitness classes and yoga. I love taking my kids on holiday and having new experiences. Things I love to do on holiday are snorkelling, scubadiving, sightseeing, and eating new food! A business highlight was hitting One-Star Director mid-flight on the plane over to Orlando on the way to convention last year!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My self confidence has grown so much since joining PlanNet. Before this business I had low self esteem and low confidence and this business has helped me grow to feeling able to speak live on Zoom comfortably and confidently and working towards other personal goals.
3.What drives you, what motivates you?
Partly being able to prove to myself and to people that I can achieve what I put my mind to and I will succeed. In the past I would give up too easily with things, but I've pushed and persevered through many challenges since joining this business, personal and business, that before I would have given up easily on.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Dad. He worked hard to achieve his goals in his work as a lawyer and other things in his community. When he set his mind to something he would go out and achieve it. He was an active member in many things in the community and was known and loved by many. He sadly passed away in a tragic accident in 2019 and it was only then that I realised what a great role model he actually was.
5. The three words that describe me best are"
Compassionate, kind and resilient.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would it be?
Stick and stay, learn your trade and learn the business you are selling. This is not a get rich quick scheme but with hard work, dedication and focus you will get to where you want to be.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Freedom and choices, being able to work wherever I like. Helping my children acheive their dreams. I'm excited to having helped 1000s of other people and families achieve their goals of total financial, time and personal freedom. And being able to travel where and when we like!
