The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Davonia and Troy Holland

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
Troy and I were born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and currently reside in New Kent, Virginia. We have two beautiful daughters and we both enjoy celebrating and spending time with family.

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much since joining PlanNet. To be transparent, I was never an avid reader. Since joining PlanNet, I have read several books that have been recommended from the pioneers of PlanNet Marketing. Through reading the suggested books and the tutelage from some of the PlanNet Marketing coaches, it has helped me excel both personally and professionally. By learning from great leaders and modeling their work ethic, I have developed some amazing leadership skills and I am still eager to become an even better leader. As a couple we have grown due to learning better ways of communication that we apply to our business and our relationship.

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
My love for helping others is what drives me. My family is what motivates me to keep going. I understand that there are so many other families who can earn time, personal or financial freedom and I will keep working to help other families.

4. The three words that describe me​ best​ are​:  
Dedicated, loyal and self-motivated.

5​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be? 
My advice to everyone is to figure out what you would like to accomplish and WHY you are working your business. Always keep your WHY in front of you and whatever you do never give it. The same way it happened for us it will happen for you as long as you keep going.

6. What does your life look like five years from now? 
Five years from now I can see my husband and I both retired, making a living while we live. Living the life we both deserve and desire along with our daughters.
