1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in the UK and now live in Warwickshire with my husband, our two children (aged 6 and 8), and our much-loved chocolate cocker spaniel. Family life is at the centre of everything I do, and creating a lifestyle that allows me to be present while still feeling fulfilled professionally has always been important to me.
Before entering the travel industry, I spent around 15 years working in PR and marketing, across healthcare, education, and entertainment. It was a fast-paced, creative career that I loved, but once my children started school, the juggle became increasingly difficult. Stepping away from that world was a big decision, but one that ultimately led me to something even more aligned with the life I wanted.
Outside of work, I love travel, warm weather, reformer Pilates, long coffees with friends, and anything that challenges me to grow… personally or professionally.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Joining PlanNet has been transformational for me… not just financially, but personally. I’ve grown in confidence, belief, and self-trust. I’ve learned to back myself, make decisions without second-guessing, and step into leadership in a way I never had before.
Perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned that ambition and motherhood don’t have to be at odds. This business has allowed me to grow without shrinking myself or apologising for wanting more. That shift alone has changed how I show up… not just in business, but in life.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children are my biggest motivation. I want them to grow up seeing that it’s possible to build a life you love… one that’s intentional, flexible, and aligned with your values.
I’m also deeply driven by growth. I love learning, setting goals, and seeing what’s possible when you commit to something fully. Helping other women recognise their own potential and build confidence in themselves is a huge part of why I do what I do.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I’m inspired by women who lead with integrity, consistency, and heart… those who build success without losing themselves or leaving others behind. I admire people who show what’s possible through action, not noise, and who lift others as they rise.
Closer to home, I’m motivated by the women in my team who balance family, careers, and ambition… often quietly, but powerfully. Watching them grow continually reminds me why this business matters.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Big-hearted, determined, and adventure-led.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t wait until you feel “ready”… you rarely will. Say yes, take imperfect action, and trust that confidence comes from doing, not thinking.
Also, don’t downplay your ambition. Wanting more doesn’t make you ungrateful… it means you’re paying attention to what’s possible.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I see a life filled with freedom and choice. A business that continues to grow sustainably, time-rich days with my family, and the ability to work from anywhere in the world.
I see myself leading a large, empowered team of women who’ve created lives on their own terms… financially secure, confident, and fulfilled. And above all, I see my children growing up knowing that they can build a life that fits them… not the other way around.
