The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Blake Clarke-Wint

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in the Cayman Islands and later moved to the U.S. to attend university in Rhode Island, where I studied Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management. Travel has always been in my blood – exploring the world, immersing myself in new cultures, and creating meaningful experiences is what truly drives me.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship full-time, I worked as a Senior Trust Officer in the Financial Services industry. When this business found me, I never could have imagined where it would lead. Two years later, I’ve transitioned out of corporate life and now run this business full-time – combining my passion for travel, personal development, and helping others design lives with more freedom, opportunity, and intention.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I am genuinely a completely different person than I was when this business found me.

Professionally and personally, I’ve grown in ways I never thought were possible. I’ve learned what I’m capable of handling, how I show up under pressure, how I communicate with different personalities, and how to lead – not just myself, but an entire community of people – toward something bigger than what they originally believed possible.

Public speaking used to make me shrink and hide. Now, I speak confidently and lead without hesitation. I’ve learned how to step fully into leadership, trust my voice, and empower others to see that there is so much more available to them than the life they were told to settle for.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is the belief that life has so much more to offer than we’re often conditioned to think – and that all of it is available to us if we’re willing to go after it.

What motivates me most is my team. Watching people step into new levels of confidence, freedom, and belief in themselves fuels me. The more I grow, the more people I’m able to impact, and that ripple effect is what keeps me moving forward every single day.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Cassie Rowan and Amy Beckett.

Cassie Rowan is not only my coach and mentor, but the true definition of being relentless despite circumstances. No matter what life throws at her, she continues to rise stronger, lead boldly, and move forward – and that resilience deeply inspires the way I approach both life and business.

Amy Beckett’s personal development journey also resonates strongly with me. Watching her evolve, build confidence, and step fully into her alter ego reminds me of my own early journey. Seeing her do this while maintaining a high-level corporate career showed me what was possible long before I believed it for myself.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Relentless, Empowering, Visionary.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Don’t wait until you feel “ready.”

Growth happens in motion - not in comfort. The life you want, the confidence you’re chasing, and the freedom you crave all exist on the other side of fear and action. Bet on yourself sooner, even when it feels uncomfortable, because every version of you that you’re becoming is built through courage, not certainty.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my life is rooted in financial freedom, time flexibility, and impact.

I’m building wealth intentionally, creating multiple income streams, traveling freely, and designing my days around what matters most – not someone else’s schedule. I see myself continuing to lead a global community, mentoring others into financial independence, and continuing to expand both my businesses and personal brand.

Above all, my life is full – full of experiences, growth, purpose, and the ability to give back – proving that when you choose more for yourself, you create space for others to do the same.
