1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Danville, Virginia, where I proudly call home today. I’m an only child and currently serve as a full-time caregiver for my mother while continuing to grow my travel business. Outside of business, I enjoy traveling, creating content, personal development, and making meaningful memories with the people I love.
Before entrepreneurship, I built my career in hospitality management and operations, where I developed a passion for leadership, customer service, and creating memorable experiences. While building my PlanNet business, I balanced three jobs before transitioning into the position I’m in today. That journey taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of staying committed to a vision, even when the road isn’t easy.
Since joining PlanNet, I’ve earned the rank of One-Star Director, developed leaders within my organization, and have found so much joy in helping everyday people realize they’re capable of building something bigger for themselves and their families.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet has stretched me in every area of my life. I’ve become more confident, more disciplined, and more intentional with my time. It has taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about serving people consistently and showing up even when it’s difficult.
I’ve learned how to communicate more effectively, build genuine relationships, and lead through both victories and challenges. Most importantly, I’ve grown into someone who truly believes that ordinary people can create extraordinary lives through consistency, personal growth, and the willingness to stay the course.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Freedom motivates me—freedom of time, finances, and choices. But more than anything, I’m driven by impact.
Knowing that someone can change the direction of their family’s future because they said “yes” to this opportunity keeps me going. I want people to know they don’t have to settle for the life they’ve always known. There is another way to create options, build a legacy, and live life on your own terms, and I love helping others believe that’s possible for themselves.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Without question, my mother.
She has shown me what resilience, strength, and perseverance truly look like. Watching her continue to push forward through life’s challenges has taught me that you don’t quit just because things get difficult—you keep going until you finish what you started. Even during seasons that weren’t easy, she has always found a way to move forward with grace, determination, and unwavering faith.
I’ve also been fortunate to learn from many incredible leaders throughout my journey who have reinforced the importance of servant leadership, consistency, and helping others succeed. Together, those experiences have shaped the leader I strive to be today—someone who leads with integrity, serves first, and believes the greatest success isn’t what you accomplish for yourself—it’s the lives you help change along the way.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t wait until you feel ready—start where you are.
Growth comes from taking action, not from having everything figured out. Stay coachable, stay consistent, and trust the process, even when progress feels slow. Small decisions made consistently over time create extraordinary results. Your future is built one choice at a time.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself continuing to build leaders across the country while enjoying the freedom to travel the world with the people I love. I hope to have helped countless families create additional income, more options, and a greater belief in what’s possible for their future.
Personally, I want to continue being present for my family while living a life built on purpose, impact, and legacy. If my story inspires someone else to believe in themselves and take a chance on changing their life, then I’ll know I’ve accomplished exactly what I set out to do.
