1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Minnesota and now live in a small rural town called Jordan with my incredible husband and our two young kids. I originally went to school for a double bachelors in aquatic biology and environmental science, but ultimately left before finishing because, if I am being honest, I was never meant to be an employee! Even during my 10 years in the food service industry, I was honing the skill of personal connections with people and learning how to communicate with people I didn’t know (yet). I was always finding something of my own to build, whether it was selling customized buttons on eBay, breeding and raising hundreds of little leopard geckos, and even traveling to reptile expos with my own selling booth. Later, I began casino sweepstakes writing online, which unexpectedly led me straight to this opportunity. The best part is that many of the relationships I formed during that chapter are now part of my team! My path has definitely not been traditional, but entrepreneurship has always been woven into who I am.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown tremendously in confidence, leadership, communication, and discipline. PlanNet has challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, believe more deeply in my abilities, and become the kind of leader who helps others recognize their own potential.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children are my entire universe and the reason behind everything I do. I want to show them what financial freedom and true breathing room can do for their lives: no stressing over the mortgage, no believing that a family vacation is too far out of reach, and no settling for simply getting by. I lived paycheck to paycheck for several years, and I want my children to have the freedom to chase their passions and build lives they genuinely love. They are going to grow up knowing that their mommy is a powerhouse, and everyone else is about to see it too!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Four-Star Director, Lauren Fetherolf, is one of my greatest role models because I saw what was possible when someone is fueled with a desire, and figures it out along the way. She is a true innovator and does not stop until she has perfected it. I saw so much of myself in her before I even started or had the chance to connect with her one-on-one. Like me, she was in her 30s, working in corporate healthcare, and living comfortably enough, but she wanted more: more opportunities to travel and see the world, more personal and time freedom, and a better life for her future family. Her story lit a fire in me, and I came into this business with passion and momentum from day ONE in March 2025. I knew that if Lauren could build this from the ground up, then the same opportunity was possible for me, as long as I refused to let it slip through my hands.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
God-centered, compassionate, and determined.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Do not wait until you feel completely ready. Start with what you have, stay consistent, and be willing to learn along the way. We all have bad days, but you have to keep your eyes on the prize, remember where you are going, and never lose sight of why you started. Entrepreneurship is not for the weak, but it is an incredible gift because your success is determined by your effort, not your past, current circumstances, or education. When you stop allowing fear to make your decisions, your entire life can change. Promise yourself you will NOT be the one standing in your own way!!! (Read that last line as many times as necessary, and then a couple more.)
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself fully retired from corporate America and living with my family on a private, heavily wooded property, ideally on a lake. I will be leading a thriving global organization of thousands, traveling regularly with my family, and helping others create more freedom and choices in their own lives. Most importantly, I see myself fully present with my husband and children while building a legacy that will continue far beyond me.
