PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Efrain and Vilmania Garcia to the 20/20 Club! Efrain is from Spanish Harlem, NY and Vilmania is from Miami, FL, and they currently live in Vine Grove, KY. Efrain tells us, "My interests include studio recording production and being a musician, vocalist, and pastor. Vilmania's interests include travel, quality time with family, dancing, fitness, nature walks in the park, and basking in the sun on the beach. I have traveled to Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Romania, UK, Scotland, South Korea, Japan, and I was deployed to Iraq twice and Afghanistan. Vilmania has been to the Dominican Republic, Germany, and Austria.
"Our success has been due to several factors: understanding the compensation plan, the PS3, leveraging our coaching sessions with Director Kouree Givens and creating a culture early in our organization that encourages duplication, automation, healthy competition and relationships.
"If we were to select the most important factor in reaching the 20/20 Club in 45 days, it would be the relationships that we have with our business partners. We have established hours in building trust and rapport with our direct partners, which in turn has rewarded us with loyalty and the trust earned to safely coach them and guide them in the direction we deem most beneficial for them in this business.
"A fun fact about us is that we are both left-handed but my hangers in my closet must face the left or else I can’t function."
