PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Charisse and Cedric Younger to the 20/20 Club! They tell us, "We are originally from Mississippi but have made Texas our permanent home. Together, we are band and boy scout parents to two of the most amazing and loveable boys, Cameron and Caleb. Our interests include sharing insights on business strategies and industry trends; sharing knowledge on career advancement, networking, and professional skills; and exploring topics on self-improvement techniques.
"Traveling has always been a cherished activity for us to share with our friends and family. The thrill of discovering new places and engaging in adventurous experiences has brought us closer together. We were introduced to this amazing opportunity that not only allows us to indulge in our passion for exploration, but also lets us earn and learn while doing so. It was an easy decision to seize this opportunity, as it enables us to enhance our travel experiences by participating in exciting tours and excursions. Since 2020, we've been fortunate enough to embark on incredible journeys to Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, and even enjoyed a memorable cruise. Throughout each destination, we made a conscious effort to immerse ourselves in the rich and vibrant local cultures, ensuring a truly enriching experience.
How are you achieving success at PlanNet Marketing, any tips or techniques that you can pass along?
Charisse: "First and foremost, you need to know there is more to life. When I realized that I could improve my personal achievement, development and growth in this business opportunity while earning income, I knew this was it but I needed to unlearn and learn. Success starts with a clear vision of what you want to achieve for you to stay focused and motivated.
Cedric: "Achieving success for me is a personal journey. This often involves a combination of things such as setting clear goals – knowing the things that are in front of me, developing a positive mindset – always keeping an open mind, working hard by doing the work, staying focused – knowing that there are going to be distractions, but you must keep moving, being persistent and learning from your failures. Remember, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself; get the help you need. Utilize the people around you as the foundation has already been built.
"Overall, have courage, believe and stay active. Get plugged in to the culture: corporate and local events as well as the leaders. (Follow them to see their activities.) Review the information in PlanNetNow, facts and blogs to keep abreast of current achievements and milestones. The events and meetings will allow you to feel the passion, hear the testimonies, see the evidence, network with others, and participate and ask questions to show others your level of commitment.
"To achieve success quickly, accept the idea that networking is our business. Study the professionals and read the recommended books to talk and walk like you belong in the industry to have a strong posture. Get your first business partner buy-in to keep duplicating the process repeatedly.
"A fun fact about us: Most people think that we attended Jackson State University together. Even though we met at college, we both were volunteering for two separate organizations for the same event. Now our oldest son is our business partner and will be attending this very same college where we met."
