Meet New 20/20 Club Member Stephanie Coleman!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Stephanie Coleman to the 20/20 Club! She shares...

"A little about myself:  I was born and raised in the small town of Hinsdale, NH. I went on to college and received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New England in 2016. From there I married my best friend, Wade, and together we moved to Whatley, MA where we currently reside. I practiced as a physical therapist (PT) for six years. In 2022 I left my job as a PT after I had my son, Colin, and decided I wanted to stay home with him. This business allows me to bring in some extra income for my family, while also working around my son’s schedule so as not to take away from my time with him. I used to have the mindset that I was going to work hard in my younger years so I could retire early and travel the world. Little did I know that this business would open so many doors for me to be able to start traveling now with my family and give Colin as many experiences as possible.

"How I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing:  I was brought into this business by a college friend of mine, Jane Freund, who is now a Two-Star Director. Her mentorship has been crucial to my success and just seeing her success has fueled my fire. She has created an amazing atmosphere within our team where we all want to see each other’s successes, and the systems she has in place are spot on. Don’t reinvent the wheel, but instead follow the system that led others to success. You must see the vision, be coachable and stay disciplined. I have learned consistency is key. I plug in to the trainings, attend team meetings, and I apply what I learn. I have an inner, core circle of agents who help to keep me accountable and motivated each week. My success is also due to my team under me, so their willingness to learn and be successful cannot go unaccounted for. I have gained some amazing friendships in this business, and I cannot wait for my team to continue to grow and develop. I want everyone to know about this opportunity and to see what it could do for them, like it has for me.

"My interests and travel experiences:  I love hiking, being outside, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family. My son is my pride and joy, so every day spent with him is a blessing. Prior to having our son, my husband and I were hiking the National Parks. As Colin gets older, we plan to return to doing that, but for now we enjoy the relaxing resort/beach vibe."
