PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome LaCasta Hodge to the 20/20 Club! LaCasta tells us, "I was born in Dayton, TN. It is a little small town outside of Chattanooga. I resided with my mom for 13 years. I was in six schools from Georgia to Michigan, in one school year. Not the 6-Figure school, just one different classroom full of strangers after another at a very young age. I ended up in a foster home and I eventually went to live with my dad in Lebanon, TN, which is 20 miles east of Nashville.
"I have two beautiful girls of my own. They are my why!!! Haylee Jo is 24 and Kristen Anne is 21 and soon to be a momma herself. I am going to change my family's financial line. My girls will never have to experience hard money times like I did over and over working myself literally to death.
"I love anything outdoors: camping, kayaking, fishing, gardening, etc... I of course love to help people. I was born with a caring heart. I love to travel. Most of my travel experiences thus far have been to Florida or just here in Tennessee. I am planning on traveling a lot more once I reach my goals.
"I started this business in February of 2022. I knew the moment I was finished with the presentation this was definitely for me. Once I got started I realized really quickly that I was LOST! I have never worked in any business like this. All I wanted to do was get to the top. However, I was not trainable in the building side of our business. I wanted to book and learn to travel. After all, that is why I signed up, right? So I booked and I learned. I was even lucky enough to bring a few people with me. Yeah they quit of course; I didn't follow anything, why should they!! It probably took me a good year of building hard to finally realize what I was a part of. I have been to several PlanNet events like Wall Street Blue, Convention, and many many opportunity events. No matter how slow I was building and how untrainable I seemed, I was working in my own way.
"I have learned in this year of 2024 what I have. I have become trainable, I have been plugged in. But most importantly, I started studying personal development books instead of just reading or listening to them. I now listen to the IMV at least once, and each chapter as many times as it takes to get through. No one ever gave up on me. Stephanie Cloutier has been my rock. She has wanted to pull her own hair out, I am positive of that lol. But she kept on answering my random nonsense. I have reached out to so many leaders, my support is endless.
"I knew I had it in me! I was born a leader with a caring heart. God knew what I needed and He delivered. I will always and forever be grateful for the one who reached out, followed up, and convinced me she wasn't spam, Wendie Manning. I will forever be grateful for Donald Bradley, as well as all the other amazing founders and leaders of this business.
"If I could change one thing only, I would do more personal development from the start. It is the utmost important part of growing in this business.
