PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Keli Christian to the 20/20 Club! Keli says, "Hello everyone! I am so elated to have just joined the 20/20 Club. I am a native of Memphis, TN, now residing in the Chicagoland area. I have also lived in San Antonio, TX, and Jacksonville, FL. I am a veteran of the United States Navy and served my country as a Hospital Corpsman working in Labor and Delivery and sick call...HOOYAH NAVY!!! My interests are traveling, water sports, spending time with family and being involved with community service, specifically helping the homeless or those less fortunate. It was instilled in me at a young age by my mother to help those less fortunate than myself, so I've arranged and participated in many community service events such as feeding the homeless, building homes with Habitat for Humanity and even volunteering at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where I would later be employed. Hindsight is 20/20 and now having worked there means so much more to me as I am a recent Breast Cancer survivor (Triple Negative Stage 3C). I like to celebrate life and this new victory by celebrating what I call my second birthday, July 24,2022, the day I was declared breast cancer free.
"I’ve traveled to the Bahamas as well as Barbados on several occasions, and am working on dual citizenship for Barbados. I’ve traveled to Canada and most recently, Fiji. There are so many more places I have on my bucket list to visit as well.
"I would say I’m achieving success by staying plugged in to events, webinars, and honestly getting out of my own way. No matter how tired or frustrated one may be, YOU CANNOT GIVE UP! My Coach, J.P. Watkins-Mukes, always says 'master the mundane," and that has been my goal ever since. I want to experience as much travel as possible and take my family along the way. They are my driving force and with this new opportunity and outlook on life since my cancer diagnosis, I am going to live every day as if it's my last and enjoy every moment as there are a million more to come.
"A fun fact about myself is that I learned to fly a Cessna 182 aircraft at the age of 18 when I attended Tennessee State University. One of my favorite things to hear Mr. Bradley say is 'How long will it take?' and the answer is 'As long as it takes.'"
