"PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Frema Garcia to the 20/20 Club! Frema was born in the Philippines, raised on the Island of Guam, and currently lives in Austin, Texas. She tells us, "I love being near the water (beach, lake) and hearing live music. I also enjoy gardening. It helps me be alone with my thoughts..
"How I am achieving success: My sister, Frida Fullerton (recent One-Star Director), forced me to my first convention this August. I was already a Director in Training before I hit the 20/20 Club. I was blessed with an awesome team that she helped me build! You could say I was what they called during the convention...'ignorant on Fire.' I am no longer that! All the testimonies at the convention hit my heart and soul so hard and changed me. I have always had the passion to help people. I wear my heart on my sleeve! That is my Super Power!
"Here are the technical things I did to get to some success in reaching the 20/20 Club:
- Studied the compensation plan - Purchased the PlanNet app immediately (started putting leads and reaching out) - Business at the palm of your hands
- Purchased on audio Go Pro: 7 Steps to Becoming a Network Marketing Professional
- Looked at my team - Started to interview my team and pick my core, build them (share with them what I have learned)
- Attend as many opportunity calls as possible - you will be more versed in your product
- Attend events in person
- Log into IMV every weekday - follow along with the book (You Owe You)
- Farm your seed, do not hunt (form relationships) the person will know you are sincere
"Fun facts about me:
- I have been a single mother for over 10 years raising 3 kids and 3 dogs
- I am a workaholic
- I am finally getting married at the age of 50 (first time) next month - Destination wedding and I am the bride and the agent in Cancun, Mexico!
- I retired from an airline company that I worked for for 18 years and kept my flying benefits for life - funny thing is when I die that flying benefit dies with me, unlike the PlanNet Marketing Pledge!!!
- I am the youngest in my family
- I never finished college, but with hard work I managed to be a Director in a large corporation starting at the bottom."
