"If I could give any tips to help build team and pique interest, it would be, 'Don’t be afraid to spark conversation about travel because it’s the business that pays you and it’s a conversation people love to have.' And the second thing would be, 'Don’t take a no so personally; it’s ok, move on, and never forget to follow up with those who may not be ready today.' This business is also helping to boost my content on social media which also brings more attention to my business, so I post about it every day. I take pictures and videos of all my trips; those are my commercials for my business.
