I love to travel and I am a qualified Learning and Development Practitioner. I have always had a passion for helping others reach their full potential, which is exactly what this business is about.
"I have always loved exploring and travelling from a young age. I have been lucky enough to be able to do this before this opportunity arose. However, I do not like to do things by halves and with the increase in cost of travelling, I found I was having to make cutbacks in other areas of my life to be able to do exactly what I wanted during my time off.
"A tip I would pass along is do not allow the fear of what other people will think hold you back and do not strive for perfection. I was told that this would never work and I am so glad that I didn't listen. Messy action and focusing less on others will drive you forward and prevent unnecessary delays, along with avoiding overthinking, which we are all guilty of.
"This is not a solo business. It is a collaborative approach to Directorship, so having that mentality from the get-go will set you up for success. This is what makes this opportunity so special because it isn’t like a 9-5 where the person next to you is competition; the people around you (despite having the same business model) will be your greatest supporters.
