Meet New 20/20 Club Member Caroline Goddard!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Caroline Goddard to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, "My name is Caro. I live in Guernsey, a small island in the Channel Islands. I am a mum to two boys, I love cooking and I am completely passionate about travel.  My favourite country (other than where I live) is Japan. Throughout most of my adult life, I have worked in marketing for a Formula 1 team. It has made me very determined to achieve big things in my life.

"My profound love of exploring new places and creating unforgettable travel experiences for my family led me to pursue a new chapter in joining this business. From the moment I stepped into the business at the beginning of this year, I was instantly hooked by its endless possibilities. Since I joined I haven’t stopped travelling.

"My favourite aspect of my new career is the sense of community. I regularly meet with my team. We have working breakfast meetings; we help and encourage each other. For me, building a strong team where we support and help each other is the key to success.

"The tips I would give are to be consistent. Learn from everyone around you. Teach your own team to learn the systems inside out, so they then feel confident to share it with other people. I follow my Director's lead. I duplicate their ways. Be yourself. Your people will find you. Build genuine connections and you’ll build a team where you will also have fun.

"The best advice I was given in this business is duplicate and that you are not reinventing the wheel. Follow where others have walked already and you’ll get there eventually. I am committed to achieving big things in this business. I have my sights set on being a Director in Training and then beyond.

"Fun fact about me: I’ve written a cookery book, I just haven’t had it published yet. :)"
