“Being a great leader is all about having a genuine willingness and a true commitment to lead others to achieve a common vision and goals through positive influence. No leader can ever achieve anything great or long-lasting all alone. Leadership is Influence, nothing more, nothing less.” John Maxwell
Now, pause for a moment and let that resonate. Let’s not rush through it and miss the true meaning but rather take the time to break it down. Are you ready? Here we go.
Being a great leader is…
- Having a genuine willingness: the definition of genuine is “truly what something is said to be; authentic” and willingness is defined as “ready to do something.” Are you truly, authentically ready to do something?
- A true commitment: A true commitment is dedicating yourself to someone or something, an obligation; or, in the words of Founder/CEO Donald Bradley, it is a responsibility, taking responsibility to H.Y.P.E. (Help Your People Elevate). Are you all about the hype, the stage, the spotlight OR about genuinely Helping Your People Elevate and achieve their dreams?
You may be saying, “YES, YES, YES, that’s me but I need help, I need help developing the skills, strategies, principles and the spirit that is necessary to be the best leader I can be.” If that is you, we have a NEW program, and when you qualify, Mr. Bradley is committed to personally helping you develop the leader within you. The program? We’re glad you asked. It is the Director in Training University. Here are the details.
Once you achieve 50 balanced ITAs toward One-Star Directorship, you will receive a letter of congratulations. You must hold that number until the third Friday of the month until 5 p.m. ET/10 p.m. GMT, and you will then receive an invitation to participate in the next Director in Training University Zoom that is held the third Sunday of the month. So much more to share, but we’ll do that once you qualify.
The bottom line? If you want to be a person of IMPACT, if you want to experience BREAKTHROUGH, if you want to create a LEGACY for generations to come, if you want to help people experience the FREEDOM they long for, then join the ranks, be a Director in Training and participate in DIT University, where leaders learn!
