Congratulations to Zuhra Surti for Achieving One-Star Director!

Meet Zuhra!

Congratulations to Zuhra Surti for achieving One-Star Director! Zuhra is from Liverpool, UK. She tells us, "I’m a wife, a proud mum to two amazing boys, and I work part-time in the NHS. Outside of work and building my business, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, making memories, and travelling. I’ve always loved exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. What I love most about PlanNet Marketing is the flexibility it gives me to build my business in the pockets of time I have, around my family and career, while creating opportunities for our future.

"When I first joined, my main focus was on the product. I spent time learning it, growing my knowledge, and becoming confident in what I was sharing. When my building journey started, I reached Gold quite quickly, but after that, if I’m honest, I lost my consistency and became what I’d call a 'hobby builder.' I was always giving my all to learning and using the product, but in March I decided to bring that same level of commitment to building and see what was possible. At that point, I had just 11 Personal Representatives, and over the following four months I grew my business to One-Star Director. That journey taught me just how powerful consistency can be.

"I believe my success has come from staying consistent, building strong relationships, and always putting people first. I genuinely care about supporting every person who joins my team, helping them recognise their potential, and giving them the confidence to achieve things they didn’t think were possible. Seeing others succeed, grow in confidence, and reach their own goals is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

"Having strong product knowledge has also been really important to me. I believe that when you understand what you’re sharing and genuinely believe in it, you naturally become more confident. That knowledge has helped me support the people I bring on board and help them build their own confidence, too.

"If I could give one piece of advice, it would be: Don’t overcomplicate it. Focus on what you can do each day, use the pockets of time you have, and keep moving forward. For me, the biggest change came when I stopped treating building as something I did occasionally and made it a real priority. Keep learning, keep talking to people, and make sure the people you bring on board feel supported. Small actions done consistently really do add up.

"I’m passionate about what this business can offer because I’ve experienced how much can change when you make the decision to really go for it. I’m excited to continue growing, helping others recognise what they’re capable of, and showing that with consistency, belief, and the right support, incredible things really are possible."
