She tells us, "I live in a beautiful coastal village on the outskirts of Dublin called Howth. I have four small very busy and noisy children!!! We are pretty passionate about sport, food, friendships and travelling, which actually all align together quite well!
"I have been lucky enough to travel very well most of my life, from beautiful beach holidays, backpacking, sailing expeditions and family holidays. I am determined to keep doing so with the kids in tow.
