PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Victoria Bates to the 20/20 Club! Vikki tells us, "My name is Victoria, but everyone calls me Vikki. I am 37 and I live in Liverpool (UK). I am a wife to Gary, and mum to three beautiful children: Dolly (5), Gary (3) (AKA Baby G) and Robbie (1). I am a full-time manager in a busy GP practice in the NHS where I have worked for 18 years. I am also on the Board of Governors for a primary school which was voted the number 3 primary school in the city. So, you could say I am busy lol!
"I love to spend time with my family, travelling and making loads of memories with the people who mean the most to me. Due to my love of travel, I came across the PlanNet Marketing travel company as I wanted to get the most out of my holidays. It became clear to me after a short period of time that this was a massive opportunity to grow a business for myself, doing something that I love.
"I have never worked in network marketing before but as soon as I started, I absolutely fell in love with it. Setting goals and achieving them whilst being a mum, wife and manger within the NHS is a feeling I’ve never felt before.
"As people say, on paper, this business should not work for me due to my current commitments but, I say, I can either use my 3 babies as an excuse to do nothing, or I can make them my focus on why I must achieve in this to give them the best life and opportunities as possible. They are my reason 'why' and the reason why I don’t take a day off from this amazing business.
"My advice to be successful is to stay focused, stay committed, write out your goals, plan, do and review! It’s amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it!
"A little fun fact about me ….. I can’t think of one! Maybe that I’m 5’1 so I am quite small! That’s all I can think of lol!"
