I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I am a proud mother of three sons, a grandmother of six, and a widow who has learned firsthand the importance of faith, resilience, and purpose. I serve as an Ordained Elder at Soteria Life Center, own a Fitness Studio where I teach nine fitness classes each week (some beginning at 5:00 am), and lead a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the importance of organ donation.
"Professionally, I work as an Organizational Leadership and Training Coach for city government, helping leaders and teams maximize their potential. I am also an author and recently published my first book. The devotional shares my family's journey through one of the most difficult seasons of our lives when my late husband underwent a bilateral lung transplant following a house fire.
"When I'm not coaching, training, teaching fitness classes, or building my business, I host a podcast called where we talk about the everyday 'ish' that adults navigate in life, leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
"One of my greatest passions is travel. Through PlanNet Marketing, I've discovered that travel isn't just about seeing new places—it's about creating freedom, experiences, and memories while helping others do the same.
"My success with PlanNet Marketing has come from a few simple principles: being intentional with my time, not counting anyone out, remaining coachable, following the system, and staying plugged in.
