Nicky tells us, "I"m a mum of two (a boy and a girl aged 7 and 8) living in Brighton, although I was born in Austria and lived in London for many years. I was a litigation lawyer in the City for ten years prior to having my kids and relocating back to the south coast.
"My number one non-negotiable is to work flexibly around my family’s needs, and this business gives me exactly that. While I joined the business a couple of years ago, I started building a team towards the end of 2024 and now have almost 80 people in my team.
"I have always loved to travel and met my husband while we were teaching sailing on a beach in Turkey at age 19!! This didn’t stop when we had kids and is a huge passion of mine to try and make the most of every school holiday. Recent adventures include road trips to California and Western Australia, skiing, Disneyland and lots of Europe. This summer we’re off to Bali!
