Congratulations to Nicola and Ian Edwards for achieving One-Star Director! Nicola tells us, "I am British born and raised and have been an HR professional for over 24 years. I was the first in my family to attend university and earn a degree. I have a bachelors in finance and a masters degree in business with a focus on HR. I originally got into the business for travel (travel is my therapy), but when I attended the annual convention just a couple months later, I knew that this opportunity could offer so much more to my family and others. I was a novice in this industry, so I continued to plug in to gain more competence which in turn strengthened my confidence. We are now One-Star Directors and members of the 40/40 Club. The next targets for us are the 60/60 Club, making a One-Star Director, identifying two more on our team who want it too and helping them get there, and becoming a Two-Star Director team.  All gas no breaks!!!  

Ian tells us, "I am a United States Air Force veteran and have been doing government contracting and consulting work for over 20 years. I got into the business to support my wife initially. Within a couple weeks I had a major surgery and spent the first five months attending events, listening to calls and learning the business – basically plugging in! Fast forward, my wife and I are running through One-Star Director to Two are looking forward to producing more Directors in our team and helping as many families as we can through this amazing opportunity. We are so grateful to be be here!"
