Congratulations to Natalie Phillips for achieving One-Star Director! Natalie tells us, "I am from Barbados and I'm in Ontario, Canada at this moment. I always like to explore and see different places but could not get to do it. My travel experience was only travelling to other Caribbean countries. Canada was my first international country.
"I am achieving success because I have no choice but to win. All my life I was struggling and now I had to bet on myself. What can I say to help others? Put God first, believe you can do it – if you don't have that belief, borrow someone's belief who believes in you. I borrowed Director Green's belief until I found mine. Be consistent, be persistent, be coachable and remember to keep your Why in front of you. It drives you, especially if it makes you cry.
