Congratulations to Nan Min Chai for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Melissa!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Nan Min Chai (Melissa) to the 20/20 Club! Melissa tells us, "I am from the picturesque town of Welwyn, Hertfordshire, having embarked on my journey from Penang, Malaysia at the age of 17. Since then, I’ve embraced this beautiful town as my home. As a full-time mum to my 20-year-old daughter, who is now in her third year at university, I cherish the moments we share. I also support my husband in managing his established restaurants in London whenever needed.

"As a family, we enjoy travelling a lot, especially on cruises. Cruising has allowed us to explore many places in a single trip, and with over 17 cruises under our belt and two more adventures already booked for this year, each voyage has gifted us with unique experiences and cherished memories.

"I firmly believe that success in any business is rooted in trust and confidence in what you are offering. When passion fuels your endeavors, it radiates through your actions and words, fostering connections with others. I strive to share that passion with everyone I encounter. I also believe that involving our families in our journey strengthens our bonds as a team. From the very beginning, I insisted on hosting family events that allow us to connect on a more personal level, creating a supportive network that empowers us all. Each family brings unique perspectives and ideas, encouraging and helping us to innovate and improve as a team.

"I am looking forward to learning more to achieve what I thought was unachievable when I decided to sign up six months ago. With the support of the amazing community, I am excited to see how my passion for creating and sharing this amazing opportunity with other families can continue to grow and evolve. Each day brings new insights and opportunities, and I’m grateful for the journey ahead!

"Fun fact: I come from a big and close-knit family, so our holidays are always filled with family and friends tagging along, and we absolutely love it! A plus side, I do speak five different languages and dialects, so I can connect with our family and friends to make our travels even more enjoyable."
