I built my career in the corporate world, working closely with founders and C-suite leaders on upstream strategy and large-scale business transformation. As a commercial leader, I led strategic partnerships and global teams, developing the tools to drive meaningful, sustainable change. After becoming a parent, working in global corporate life between LA and Beijing was no longer aligned with the life I wanted to lead. I realised I wasn’t just helping organisations transform - I was learning the skills and becoming a chief change agent of my own! That realisation led me to step away from the traditional corporate path and establish my own consultancy, where I now support visionary founders and senior leaders through strategic growth, transformation, and complex decision-making.
