Congratulations to Lisa Campbell for achieving One-Star Director! Lisa is from Runcorn, Cheshire in the UK. She tells us, "My interests are travelling (of course), self-development and mostly spending quality time with my two daughters, Billie and Blake, and also my niece and nephew. 

"I love to travel to new places but my heart belongs to Turkey where I travel at least twice a year. The people are so warm and welcoming there, the food is delicious, the weather is beautiful and it is full of culture. 

"My biggest advice I can give to anyone wanting to succeed in this business is to be your authentic self and stay in your own lane. It is very easy to get distracted by what others are doing and fall into the trap of comparing yourself. Comparison is the thief of joy… and we need to remember that whilst reaching our goals is amazing… the journey there can also be just as good. If your goals seems so far out of reach, make mini goals and tick them off one by one… they all lead to the same destination. 

"Fun fact – I am currently learning to speak Turkish, and I’m not doing too bad… I can ask the bar man for a spicy margarita fluently."
