Congratulations to Laura Davison for achieving One-Star Director! Laura is from the UK and lives in Stockton-on-Tees, in the North East of England. She tells us, "Travel has always been my biggest passion - whether it’s exploring new cultures, trying delicious delicacies or simply soaking in the beauty of a destination. I’m also a total girlie girl at heart! I love fashion, beauty, home  interiors and you’ll often find me at a spa or trying out the best new restaurants. Beyond that, I adore being outdoors in nature, listening to wellness podcasts, reading and spending time on self-development. A little fun fact: I drink English Breakfast Tea in abundance daily!

"I’ve been fortunate to travel all over the world, from Singapore to Seychelles, Thailand to Zanzibar, Hong Kong to Santorini, and Mauritius too. California holds a very special place in my heart, and I love nothing more than doing road trips from San Francisco all the way down to San Diego, exploring everything from the coast to the mountains, vineyards, cities and forests – California really does have it all!

"As a full-time working mum to two amazing boys (Finn, 17, and Elliott, 13), I’ve had to get really good at time management. My secret is finding small pockets of time throughout the day and  staying consistent, even when life gets busy. I’m also a big believer in to-do lists—there’s nothing more satisfying than crossing things off at the end of the day!

"Tips and techniques I would like to share: Stay in your own lane and don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone has different circumstances and timelines, so do what works best for you. Be ambitious but go at your own pace. Consistency matters alongside realistic goals - but also dream big as the sky is the limit with our business! People buy into people, so stay true to yourself. Authenticity is what builds genuine connections.

"I’m naturally an introvert and quite shy with new people, so I’ve had to work hard on my confidence and self-belief. What I’ve found is that when you show up authentically, you attract the right people who truly resonate with you. That, for me, has been the most rewarding part of this journey - growing personally while building a business that inspires others."
