PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kendra Hall to the 20/20 Club! Kendra is fom Lamar, Colorado. She tells us, "I’m a wife, mom, proud Nana, cosmetologist, entrepreneur, cancer survivor, and a woman who apparently doesn’t know how to sit still! I love traveling, spending time with my family, mentoring others, and a good challenge. My competitive side definitely keeps life interesting!
"Cosmetology has been my passion for years. After moving to Lamar, I landed my dream job directing the cosmetology and barbering program at our local junior college. Within six months, I helped transform a struggling program into a thriving one. I loved teaching, mentoring, and watching students gain confidence and become successful professionals.
"In December 2023, I made the difficult decision to leave that position when changes no longer aligned with my values. A few weeks later, my husband and I married during an incredible 10-day Panama Canal cruise aboard the Ruby Princess. It remains one of my favorite travel memories!
"Then, in February 2024, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer.
"Between surgery, chemotherapy, family weddings, and becoming a Nana, my priorities shifted. I wanted flexibility, more time with family, and the opportunity to build something of my own while continuing to work behind the chair.
"My husband and I have always loved cruising and exploring new destinations. That passion, combined with my desire for a different kind of lifestyle, led me to reach out to someone on social media about becoming a travel agent.
"I originally joined just to book travel! Six months later, I discovered the PlanNet Marketing opportunity, and the income potential caught my attention. My competitive side immediately wanted to see how quickly I could reach Gold Builder!
"I achieved Bronze Builder in May 2025, Silver Builder in June, and Gold Builder just ten days later.
"But the months that followed taught me that leadership isn’t just about achieving ranks. From November 2025 through June 2026, I navigated some incredibly challenging circumstances while continuing to believe in my team and the opportunity.
"In June 2026, I began working more closely with Four-Star Director Lauren Fetherolf, whose mentorship brought renewed energy, direction, and confidence to my leadership journey.
"July and August brought growing momentum. Attending convention with two team members in September reignited our excitement, and Lauren’s October Boot Camp helped bring everything together. Several of us committed to common goals, accountability, consistency, and growing together.
"It wasn’t one magical moment that changed our trajectory. It was the combination of mentorship, perseverance, consistent action, and a team that was ready to grow together.
"On October 11, 2026, I achieved Director in Training, followed by the 20/20 Club on October 18!
"But the recognition isn’t what means the most to me.
"It’s the 20 people who said YES.
"Twenty individuals who trusted me enough to explore an opportunity that could open new doors for themselves and their families. Being able to mentor, encourage, and help them recognize their potential means more than any title.
"My advice? Use the system, stay consistent, remain coachable, surround yourself with strong mentors, and invest in your people. Challenges will come, but they don’t have to define your journey.
"I started this business looking for flexibility and something of my own. What I found was another way to do what I’ve always loved most: helping people grow.
"Because success is exciting, but watching the people you’ve poured into succeed? That’s what makes it all worthwhile!"
