Congratulations to Kelvin and Stephanie Collins for achieving One-Star Director! They tell us, "We are an ordinary couple with an extraordinary desire to help others see what is possible. Kelvin is originally from Louisburg, North Carolina, and Stephanie is from Lawrenceville, Virginia, and we reside in the Raleigh, NC area. We enjoy traveling, spending time with our family, meeting new people, and building businesses together. For us, travel is about more than taking a vacation; it allows us to experience new places, strengthen relationships, and enjoy the life we are working to create.
"Our success with PlanNet Marketing has come through faith, teamwork, consistency, and a refusal to quit. We stay connected to our leadership, attend trainings and events, follow up with people, support our team, and continue working even when the numbers do not move as quickly as we would like. We also learned the importance of staying connected to our partners, helping people reconnect with their goals, and never counting anyone out.
"Our advice to others is simple: Just work with the people who are willing to work, stay coachable, follow up consistently, and do not allow temporary setbacks to make you abandon your goal. You do not have to know everything before you begin. Just start with what you know, remain consistent, and grow along the way. We achieved One-Star Director because our entire team believed, worked, and stayed committed together.
"A fun fact about us is that our passion for travel opened the door, but it was the opportunity to create purpose and legacy that truly captured Kelvin’s attention. We believe money is not everything, but it gives you options, and we want to help other families create more options for their lives.
"Becoming One-Star Directors is not the end of our journey, it is the beginning of a greater assignment. We are committed to developing more leaders, helping more families, and bringing others with us as we continue to grow."
