Congratulations to Kelli Wyatt for Achieving the 100 Century Club!

Meet Kelli!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kelli Wyatt to the 100 Century Club! Kelli tells us, "I was proudly born and raised in Philadelphia, where I still reside. I thrive on quality time with family and friends, and I’m fueled by a deep desire to win—something that came naturally as a football mom of three. Though I came to the travel world later in life due to caring for my aging parents during my early adult years, once I began exploring the world, it truly fed my soul.

"I enrolled in PlanNet Marketing in April, but didn’t begin working my business until late June after my youngest child’s graduation. From my very first sale on June 30th to achieving 20/20 by September 13th, the momentum was real and meaningful. I earned Director in Training on November 1st and closed the month as a 40/40 Builder. On January 17th, I celebrated my promotion to One-Star Director. Life required a pause, but I returned in February with full intention—hitting 60/60 on March 7th and 80/80 on April 24th.

"Reflecting on my success, I credit three key drivers: mindset, reflection, and passion. My push from 60/60 to 80/80 looked different—it required more intrinsic motivation, and a heightened awareness of how my actions impacted my team. Leadership isn’t just about giving instructions—it’s about modeling consistency. If I expect my team to follow the blueprint, they must see me doing the same: prospecting, inviting, and showing up daily. I then had to draw on these experiences to push for Century Club. To realize that on August 2, 2024, I achieved Silver Builder to now reach Century Club Member within a year’s time is beyond humbling. While I continue to pour into my team, I couldn't become complacent and just say what should be done. I had to do it. I know I have to model and be the blueprint that I speak of. Life couldn't be an excuse to not get it done, to not show up, to not be consistent. During this run, I had family members hospitalized (in fact I dropped 8 people in the system sitting bedside in a hospital); I graduated with my Masters in Educational Leadership; studied for and became PA state certified to be a Principal, and published a book, all while serving on the administrative team running my school. With all of this going on, this journey has been nothing short of transformational. And to reach such an achievement on my wedding anniversary and father's heavenly birthday, makes it that much more special to me.

"Raised by entrepreneurial parents, I learned early from my father that working for yourself means working twice as hard. That mindset carried me through. Whether I was sending cold messages or engaging intentionally based on what I observed in people, I kept my emotions detached from the outcomes. People aren’t saying no to me—they’re saying no to the shift. That understanding kept me grounded and focused.

"This business isn’t just about sales—it’s about people, persistence, and purpose. And I’m just getting started."
