Congratulations to Kay Cornelius for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Kay!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kay Cornelius to the 20/20 Club! Kay is originally from Cleveland, NC, and now resides in Greensboro, NC. She tells us, "I have a diverse range of interests, with a deep passion for travel, spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles (GSXR 1000), and bartending in my free time. I also own a bar in Greensboro called Gate City Tavern. As a military brat, I’ve had the unique opportunity to travel extensively, allowing me to immerse myself in the cultures of the cities and countries I visit, enjoy authentic cuisines, and create memorable experiences for my friends, which I refer to as 'Spotventures.'

"My success with PlanNet Marketing is rooted in my faith in God, as I believe that through Him, all things are possible. I’m also incredibly grateful for the mentorship of my Coach and Director, Tiffany Pierce (DTP), the unwavering support of our team, and the continual encouragement of my family, especially my son Savion, who helps keep me accountable and focused on our goals. One of the aspects of this business that resonates with me the most is the PlanNet Pledge, which consistently reminds me of my purpose.

"To achieve and maintain success, I focus on a few key principles: praying daily, staying coachable, remaining plugged into the system, prioritizing IMV (Income-Producing Activities), writing my Daily Method of Operations (DMO), setting realistic goals to avoid self-sabotage, and modeling the success of proven leaders. Above all, I trust the process and focus on the evidence that success is already in motion. A key shift that has accelerated my progress has been prioritizing relationship-building within my team, aligning their personal goals with ours, and fostering a culture of trust rather than simply pushing my own goals.

"As for some fun facts, I’m a proud mother of three: Sinia (daughter), Savion (son), and Sevynn (our puppy princess). We refer to ourselves as the 'S Squad,' and I’m affectionately known as 'Spotlight.' My favorite color is pink, and my favorite scripture is Proverbs 31:25. I look forward to walking across the stage as a Director at our next convention, and I continue to have conversations with God about how many stars that accomplishment will entail. (Words of affirmation are a cornerstone of my journey.)"
