She tells us, "My interests include spending time with my three children, renovating houses and running. We recently went to Euro Disney for my daughter's 6th birthday and had the most magical time there! We love weekends in London and the Lake District and enjoy activity holidays with our young family. My parents have a second home in Anglesey and so we spend whatever free time we have there by the beach.
